Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg is one of the few airports in the world operated jointly by two countries, France and Switzerland. The airport is located completely on French soil, but at just 3.5KM northwest of the city of Basel, Switzerland, it is operated on an agreement where both Switzerland and France are granted access to the airport without any customs or other border restrictions.

From Basel airport, it is only 25 minutes to our depot in Lorrach, meaning it is easy and convenient to get on the open road with Apollo.  After collecting your campervan or motorhome, Europe waits to be explored! In Germany, why not visit the famous Black Forest, Lake Constance on the Rhine or Neuschwanstein Castle, famed for being the inspiration for the iconic Disney castle?
